Supernapse Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Supernapse app, website, and any digital services provided by Supernapse, a legal entity registered in Brazil under CNPJ No. 50.194.438/0001-26 ("Supernapse"). By accessing, creating an account, or using the Supernapse platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform.

1) Eligibility
The platform is intended for users aged 13 or older. By using the service, you declare that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms according to the laws applicable in your country of residence.
2) Service description
Supernapse provides a digital educational platform with tools to support studying, content organization, personalized learning, and technology-assisted resources, including features based on artificial intelligence.
AI tools are auxiliary and informational and do not replace educational, academic, professional, medical, legal, or any other specialized guidance.
Supernapse does not guarantee specific performance, learning, or approval outcomes. Use and interpretation of content are solely your responsibility.
3) Account registration and security
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your access credentials confidential.
- All activities performed under your account.
Note: Supernapse is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
4) Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with applicable legislation. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Entering, generating, or sharing illegal, offensive, abusive, discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Reverse engineering, copying, exploiting, or attempting to access the platform source code or systems.
- Using unauthorized automations, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting flaws, vulnerabilities, or security mechanisms.
- Using the platform in a way that compromises its stability, performance, or availability.
Note: Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.
5) User content and AI use
You are solely responsible for the data, texts, images, files, and other content you upload or generate on the platform.
By using Supernapse, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or limitations.
- Human review is essential before any practical use of outputs.
Note: You grant Supernapse a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the services.
6) Monitoring, security and abuse prevention
Supernapse may adopt technical, automated, or manual measures to monitor usage patterns in order to:
- Ensure platform security.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse.
- Ensure fair use of resources.
Note: Monitoring is performed within legal limits and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7) Plans, subscriptions and payments
Certain features may require paid plans or recurring subscriptions.
Pricing, billing period, automatic renewal, and cancellation conditions will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Payments processed through app stores or intermediaries are also subject to those platforms’ policies, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.
8) Cancellation, suspension and bad faith
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time using the tools available in the platform or through the app store.
Supernapse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, with or without prior notice, in cases of:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Bad faith use.
- Improper account sharing.
- Abusive exploitation of computational or AI resources.
- Use of unauthorized automations.
Note: When applicable, refunds follow the rules of the payment platform used.
9) Intellectual property
All rights related to the platform, including software, design, features, trademarks, logos, texts, and materials, belong exclusively to Supernapse or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights over the platform.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supernapse is not liable for:
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data.
- Interruptions, technical failures, or temporary unavailability.
- Content generated by users or automated tools.
- Decisions made by the user based on the content provided.
Note: The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability or error-free operation.
11) Changes to services and terms
Supernapse may modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features at any time.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
12) Applicable law
These Terms are governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable to the user’s place of residence, respecting consumer protection and personal data protection principles.

14) Use of Artificial Intelligence
You acknowledge that the artificial intelligence features available in Supernapse operate through integration with technology provided by OpenAI.
By using these features, you agree that the content you submit in the app may be sent for processing by external AI models, exclusively to generate responses and deliver the contracted features.
You are fully responsible for the content you submit and agree not to provide illegal information, third-party confidential information without authorization, or data whose sharing violates applicable law.
AI-generated responses are automated and may contain inaccuracies. Supernapse does not guarantee absolute accuracy and is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated content.
15) Assumption of risk in the use of AI
By using AI-based features, you acknowledge that the service involves automated processing by external systems and that submitting personal, sensitive, or confidential information is done at your own initiative and risk.
Supernapse is not responsible for losses resulting from the voluntary submission of sensitive data by the user into AI tools, especially when such data is not necessary for the regular provision of the service.
Improper use exemption: You agree not to use the platform to store, transmit, or process information whose disclosure is prohibited by law, contract, or professional secrecy. Breach may result in immediate account suspension, without prejudice to legal measures.
General limitation of liability: Under no circumstances will Supernapse be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or losses resulting from the use, interpretation, or exclusive reliance on AI-generated content.
