Subscription guidance

Some Supernapse features may require a paid subscription. Subscription management depends on where you started the subscription.

  • If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, manage renewal, cancellation, and refunds in your Apple account settings.
  • If you subscribed through Google Play, manage renewal, cancellation, and refunds in your Google Play subscriptions.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Deleting your Supernapse account does not automatically cancel an active store-managed subscription.
  • If you are unsure where your subscription started, contact support using the account email tied to your subscription.
  • For billing or refund questions, include the platform used for payment and any receipt or order identifier available.

Important: Before deleting an account, cancel any active subscription through the store or checkout provider where it was created.
